He had done his homework and knew all the information about the other houses in the neighborhood that had sold recently.
Knowing our financial situation, he said he would pay the closing costs and even advance some of the proceeds if we needed to rent a UHaul. He made us an offer and said he would talk to his partner about possibly being able to raise it (which he did.) He said not to worry about cleaning, and to leave anything we didn’t want to take with us and he would get rid of it. He let us set the closing date and we closed in less than a month. Adam did everything he said he would do, and I would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone thinking about selling their home.”
